Contemporary Services

A funeral service is a ceremony where community gathers to give honor to a life that was lived and to help share grief. Some families choose a contemporary service that may involve a non-religious ceremony at the funeral home or other location. Many times a contemporary service will involve music, poetry, video tributes or other tributes that lift up the life of the decedent and provide comfort to those left behind. Some of these ceremonies have the casketed remains present, while others have cremated remains present. Our funeral directors are experienced with planning such services and are willing to help educate the families we serve as to what options are available and what services will be most meaningful to them.
